For me yes , not many places at the moment I don’t have fibro pain, and obviously our hands are proberly the part of our body we use the most (apart from legs obviously)yes trying to get my chin up and thinking of the things I must be grateful for, god bless you too .

Yes me too. When I have to grip something, even for a short period of time the pain is quite intense when I let go, only for a few minutes but it's like the pain after you've whacked your toe or your funny bone? 🤷

Hi there :) I have a lot of finger pain but I I also have very bad OA . The small joints in the fingers and toes can be one of the places OA seems to effect first. If your pain and fingers are getting worse may i suggest a word with your GP. Not all pain we feel is fibro related. Sometimes I think we are a little hard on ourselves and just dismiss things because we think its fibromyalgia when there could be an underlying condition. My motto to self is if in doubt get it checked out xx

Yes afraid so, my hands and fingers throb me some times. Keep moving them, with gentle movement 😊🤞

Mine hands and fingers are so bad at the moment. I wake up with dead arms which despite the word ‘dead’ are really painful - like bruised and electric shocks. And my hands are so stiff I can barely bend them but it wears off quite quickly once I get up and moving - lie-ins are a distant memory! I get intermittent trigger fingers and thumbs too.

Not sure if its normal but I have this s lot. Some dats can't even hold things as no grip. Had x ray as convinced must have been arthritis but was OK. As long as no swelling as that could mean Rheumatoid Arthritis. Some nights I am kept awake by finger pain above all my other aches.

I find heat is only thing that's soothes it, I have a heat pad that I use.
