High pain day. Nothing is helping. Not sure what to do, done the usual, regular Meds, heat ect. Pain is all over, can't get comfy, can't sleep. Head feels like it's going to explode. Any suggestions plz?

A hot bath or shower might help. So sorry your in such pain. x

If you have Epsom salts have a warm bath with a couple of handfuls in and relax for half an hour, listening to music that is soothing it might relax you enough to bring the pain down. I keep those cold gel patches to hand for when the fibro gives me one of those terrible heads I out one in my forehead and one at the back of my neck. Hope it eases for you soon.x
