Pain on my left side

Good morning everyone. I’m dealing with so much pain on my left side like shoulder, neck, and back. Plus my ankles. Is anyone dealing with this?

In a nut shell YES!!! could you have a feel at your neck muscles either side just at the side and back where they meet? push down- is there pain on doing this?, I often get stiffness, sore muscles and pain there. Would you be willing to try a TENS machine? I have a good onne (from ebay) I use it on many muscular areas to releive pain and pump up muscles a little,I wouldn,t recommend a massage of any kind of fibro its very painfull but anheat lamp has been ok for me,, if you cant tolerate that then a bean bag that can go in microwave,,, my feet and ankles are osteo arthritis and again a soak in warm water up to ankles with some salts in, ankle supports (again from ebay).. hope you get some relief, are you on any anti inflammatory like ibuprofen?? you can buy over the counter fromlocal pharmacy cheaper than a prescription... I also use Voltarol rub 12 hour version on my ankles and shoulders.

Hi there I do tend to feel more pain in my neck shoulders back but across both sides, might be worth mentioning when you next visit . GP. Oh the joys of fibro hey , I so look forward to my Epsom salts baths, tend to use wheat bag or hottie on my back etc. I’m also using some days from a tube, bio freeze for certain areas found it on the internet advertised, so like deep heat but not with the burning sensation, I like soaking feet in bowl, I put some Epsom salts just half a cup in instead of whole cup like when I have a bath , take care if you would like to lock your posts here’s the link it normally generates more replies from members if a post is locked healthunlocked.com/fibromya... x
