endless pain

hi guys just a short note to mention my trip to a and e was harrowing my back pain wouldn't let me sit or stand for any amounts of time all to be told its normal wear and a tear in my tendons so blaze with there terminolidgy boho

I have calcific tendonitis and it is very painful.I have 2 orthopaedic surgeons looking after me, they have both injected kenalog -a steroid substance for severe pain, it is done under an image intensifying x-ray to try to get right to the spot,, it has worked on my shoulders and coccyx, in the meantime you should find some anti inflammatory from the pharmacy will help along with paracetamol when its severe.
