Hi has anyone been to pip appeal and lost? Had permission from upper tribunal and sent back for a rehearing with directions in error in law not to repeat! Does Anyone know what happens at a rehearing on challenging a decision made by first tier tribunal? Any help would be great thank you

Will this be your second appearance face to face with them?

Hi something just didn't seem with the proceeding at a rehearing. They didn't follow a direction from upper tier and a presenting officer was there which I thought strange!! The swcetery of state supported my appeal. The appeal was meant to be against a decision of the tribunal but this was not the case. I had the same result. It's like I repeated the first appeal

Awful,I know Joe,it's like they have minds made up before you enter the room and nothing you say changes it nor do they enquire into what your saying or ask the specialists.

Sorry yes my second appeal which an error was not corrected Even tho I believe they have to follow the upper tribunal direction on enforcement 2007. they failed to consider the evidence on my esa appeal scoring 24 points which was the same on descriptor 9 for pip. 1 point I was short and they have done the same again.
