Hi all,

Could anyone give me a rough idea of how much a solicitor would charge to represent me at a pip tribunal

Thanks Ajay

Definitely contact Fightback4Justice they have a website and a Facebook page. They won my appeal for me originally when I applied for DLA. Then completed my forms for going from DLA to PIP. They charge expenses but are a heck of a lot cheaper than a Solicitor. Xx

Thanks Mistyang, I will look on their website now. Do they go to the tribunal with you?

Yes Sturdy they attended my DLA appeal with me and I paid their expenses which was a heck of a lot cheaper than using a Solicitor. Fightback have lawyers in their team. They also attended my face to face assessment for PIP. Their success rate is second to none

I have just signed up for £4.99 per month with fighting4justice.

Sent them a very short email about my case, now just waiting for a reply.

Thanks a lot for your recommendation

I would really think long and hard about employing a solicitor as the cost involved can be astronomical I can only go by the last episode I had (not PIP) where I needed to have a solicitor and this was in 2016 the cost was £185 per hour but you never know how long your case is going to go on for and what if your case is postponed for any reason are you going to pay out yet again for the same service ??? IMHO you need to get advice from a free service before you even think of paying out for a solicitor !!! Good luck with whatever you do

I have paid a months subscription to fighting for justice now, but if I don’t find them good I will cancel and go to cab. Thanks for your help.
