Hi im new on hear got diagnosed 1 year ago with fibromyalgia had gallbladder surgery 6 wks ago but still learning how to manage it

Take care of yourself after Gallbladder surgery. I overdid things and ended up with a hernia on the central scar.

Hi I have been but got pain from head to toe but mainly just below ribs and alot of headaches

Hello....I got diagnosed last week with Fibromyalgia & I had my gallbladder removed in April, I'm slowly adapting the diet. I think my fibromyalgia bridges the gaps with my hyper mobility and chronic pain. Its been a tough few years for myself. I hope you recover well and recovery at your own speed.
