I have been speaking to a chap who private messaged me about the above and I was told it was a very important thing to do in helping to win your case. anyone done this and sent the statement to court?

I believe he has already posted on the forum about it and we have asked him to contact the office before offering benefits advice.

We would ask anyone to not pass any personal information relating to a benefits claim through the pm system or on the forum with anyone that you do not know. This is not making any prejudgements and just trying to keep people safe.
