Dizziness, nausea and sharp pain

Is anyone else feeling really dizzy and sick recently with the hot weather? I also have sharp pain tonight when I breathe in on my left side under my chest both on my back and my front! Anyone have any ideas if this is normal with fibromyalgia?

I also have Hashimotos.

Hi Sophie, yes I often get intense pain radiating from under my breastbone to my centre back when I overdo it, causing dizziness and nausea - like heart pain! When I take a couple of ranitidine and drink two glasses of water it really helps so I think it may be a mix of indigestion and kidney gripes due to dehydration probably caused by the hot weather, the meds I’m on and the fibromyalgia. I regularly get vertigo anyway as part of the fibro.

You could try that first but if things don’t improve get a doctors advice as it could be the Hashimotos progressing to hypothyroidism which causes constipation.
