has anyone had an odd sensation over there face/forehead. I don't know how to explain it. maybe someone may know what I maybe feeling. going to see g.p. tomorrow and don't know what to say. I have the hot/sunburn feeling on my back aswell but it's not what is going on with my face and forehead.

The reason I asked how old you were is because I've had the burning of the skin, like a bad sunburn" two or three times before...twice in the upper right quadrant of my back and once in the upper right front area. I was thinking it was the silent shingles. But then a couple of years ago I actually got shingles on my face...burning, hurting, and erupting with sores, etc. It even got in my right eye. YUK. But your facial symptoms don't sound like that and I don't think you are quite old enough to get shingles yet. xxoo

I had chicken pox when I was 16 which I believe is the same as the shingles virus. xx

I wonder if you have ever had neuroalgic pain? Have you still got wisdom teeth perhaps? Is there any reason you cant have an aspirin daily until it subsides?You can buy low dose from supermarket, do you grind your teeth at all? Many fibro sufferers do these things

yes I have ground my teeth for years and have worn a mouth guard for a lot of years. aspirin has never been suggested. my face doesn't hurt, just feels odd on my cheek, eye and forehead. just feeling so low at the moment again. xx

Nerve pain is hard to detect but an odd aspirin. (As long as you havn,t been told not to use them) at night time helps me plus is an added analgesic
