That’s the hardest question to answer it is what works for you. Sorry but you will find most on here are on different medicine and use alternative therapy too. Like we use magnesium oil to rub into sore muscles and magnesium salt in bath 🛀 then got great massage therapist that keeps us going and pain relief medicine is Morphine and that’s it. Others use lot more medicine.

I try and use alternative methods like epsom salt baths, heat pads and a TENs machine, but I do take nortriptyline at night to help with pain and to help with sleep, I also take slow release tramadol along with paracetamol when I need to, I have found the slow release so much better and with paracetamol it works better than on its own. But what works for one person won't work for someone else. If your GP isn't helping have you asked to be referred to rheumatology and/or a pain clinic?

I have been getting good pain relief from CBD oil if you are on medication it maybe worth speaking to your GP but CBD Users UK advise leaving 4 hours between oil and meds. Good luck.

Hi boo did. I only leave 2 hours either side of my cbd dose for other medications. Taking cbd 3 times a day would be difficult otherwise. I got that advice from a large online support group. This is the trouble with cbd being classed as a supplement. No definative guidelines are available.

Like you my pain relief is usually pretty good with cbd. It's allowed me to come off opiates after 5 years. A massive step forward.
