Nothing worse than stomach bloating to take you from feeling sore to feeling miserable! It's like carrying around a bag of rocks in your stomach. Loose baggy clothing to help keep your femininity (and sanity) in tact, luckily with the good weather we can get away with dresses and harem trousers. I know the bloating can last a few days or even weeks but it helps to keep positivity up if we at least feel womanly and relaxed. Leave the housework, Sit with your feet up until the pain passes and enjoy the sunshine. Sending huge squishy hugs ๐Ÿ˜˜๐ŸŒžโค

Wish I could sit with my feet up. However my 15 month old daughter has other ideas.

I feel so sick ( not actually been sick ) but really nauseous and canโ€™t bring myself to eat. Maxi dresses are amazing!

Having a baby at home is hard work when you're suffering, it's tough to run around chasing a small person even on a good day! I would look towards Naproxen for sickness and inability to eat. Report the side effects to your gp and they'll be able to give you something else no worries at all. But in saying that I wasn't on Naproxen for very long, taking new meds now and I still get days where I can't bring myself to eat. It would appear to be the norm for people like ourselves. If we're not in pain, having involuntary spasms (so annoying when you're trying to type anything!), and dragging our legs around like tree trunks, we're feeling nauseous. Yay right? Nope. Let's be honest. It sucks. However, a support network is right here and we're all in this together. I hope you are getting support in looking after your little one so that you can get enough rest to keep up with her exciting life. Oh to be small and carefree again! Sending positive thoughts and care your way ๐Ÿ˜โคx

I feel horrendous hun itโ€™s been a real struggle today just had my partner shout at me for not eating tea. I literally canโ€™t face it I feel so sick.

Iโ€™m on naproxen and amitriptiline and peppermint oil capsules but they arenโ€™t doing anything.

I will go back to dr if itโ€™s no better in a day or so.

Thanks x

Your not the first person thatโ€™s said that thatโ€™s really interesting. Can I ask what you take instead of naproxen? X
