They are so useful but I think we put our last bag in a stew so luckily there is a new bag and open one so can get replacement before she needs them, she so good. Can use anything as long as we replace it which is good. 🌹🌹🌹🤦🏼‍♂️

Yes we’re fine we do it all the time Hypermobility it is just part of it, it herts but then it goes just done so much damage to them over years that why we had to have MRI to see how much not good but got physio see what they think after🌹🌹👍🤦🏼‍♂️
