Hi did you know that theres a card called cea that lets a carer or person in the cinema for free if they are there to assist you .you just pay for yourself .i have recieved mine today .im hoping to try it soon it last a year

yes it cost £6renewed yearly

anyone who receives one of the following benefits is eligible:

Disability Living Allowance (DLA);

Attendance Allowance (AA);

Blind Persons Registration;

Personal Independence Payment (PIP); and

Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP

What it will tell you is that individual cinemas don't have to accept the card.

That said some cinemas ( mine included) don't ask for the card. It worth asking in a lot of places as carers often will get in free.

You can also get a free entry to the theatre and other attractions if you’re in receipt of disability benefits
