Hi all
Ditto jessiegirl i had cortisone in my coccyx on wednesday with much relief, very similar to bursitis I too will be 64 shortly retired early from theatre nursing 2 years ago, about the hot baths- I go to hydrotherapy every week and have done now for many years, the water is 32 degrees and heaven when you get in, its not for swimming its to unwind those tires achy muscles and joints, maybe ask you gp if there is any near you..You will meet new people and get lots of tips on coping.
Hi i tried hydrotherapy years ago it was so nice .I agree.have a nice day ill check it out
do you know if hemp oil really helpful
i would would love to feel energetic and do something other than just being . you know what i mean
Hi there, great to read your positive attitude keep it up , yes our pain does get you but we keep trying with helpful things, have a lovely weekend x
Although the shots were for your hips it will circulate around more of your body. Glad they have made a difference. You probably won't be allowed in a Jacuzzi yet but that also works wonders on the pain, as not all areas allow access to a hydrotherapy pool

Hope the hips are feeling a little better now - Fibromyalgia always seems to complicate everything and start flaring due the smallest thing. Sorry you can't have a bath due to not being able to get in and out, I would really miss them too especially using epsom salts to ease the pain.
