Nerve pain and scared!

Hi everyone. Several years ago I started having pinprick nerve pain that has come and gone All over my body. It is increasing in intensity from easy to ignore to more painful. It is now coming with areas of pain that move around my body. Also starting to get slight feelings of dizzyness although may not be related as that is new. I'm 51 and have had a lifelong battle with chronic fatigue although it improves greatly with dietary changes. Any advice?

Hi Hun, I’m so sorry you’re suffering so much. I know from personal experience how awful nerve pain is. Have you spoken to your gp about this as there are meds that you can take to ease your pain? It might not take the pain away completely but they certainly can take the edge off it.

I have the soreness which is the nerve endings I think. on my back. I have it on my scalp, face and ears when really bad. feels like sunburn.

Have you a neurologist onboard with your care? How mobile are you? I ask both because these suggestions could be your answer..Dont ignore its not normal to be like this ask fro referal.

Hi there sorry to hear of your nerve pain , I too have got cfs/me I would be most grateful if you told me about your diet and what makes the fatigue worse, are you at home because of this ,I’m not at work because if fibro /cfs aged 56 best wishes xxxxx
