How are people coping in the heat? I used to hate the heat (pre fibromyalgia) but now find it helps ease my pain and achy joints. It's been a bit too hot for me so I've only been out in the garden in short bursts. And it's too hot for the dog although no-one seems to have told him as he still runs around like a loony each time I go out! 😁
It'll be nice later on when it's cooled down a bit.

So sorry you're suffering. If it's too hot it can make me feel unwell - light headed and dizzy. I've been enjoying it in short bursts.
the sun & warmth are good for most of us but sadly i have to avoid the sun & keep cool as i get so poorly x
Hope you've managed to keep cool and not feel unwell. It's tailing off now and it looks like it's going to be at least 10 degrees cooler towards the end of the week. Time to dig the woolies and warmer clothes back out!
It's nice (although not for all of us I appreciate) whilst it lasts. Apparently it's been the hottest May Bank Holiday Weekend on record for 40 years!

The warm weather is certainly helping me, so long as I don't stay in direct sun for too long. Sat on my garden bench under the tree was lovely, especially when hubby bought me a G&T!!
