Yes it is I’ve ME as well just seems if you have a half descent day like I did Friday you pay for it. Can’t remember the last time I had a full weekend , your in Scotland I’m in east of England how old are you ??? Il be 57 end of July cannot work because of this . Xxx

Il be trufeful today I’m struggling today I so want to be outside like I used too loved my garden and growing things my hubbie is like yours very good pity we live so far apart we could keep each other company and have a good moan. How long have you had fibro ???? Xxxxx

Got diagnosed about 3 years ago but had it for about 6 I reckon , it’s just good to chat with people who understands what your going through, I just keep bursting into tears as fed up feeling like this x

Me too today snap I think of all my friends out there right now doing stuff , friends asked us out for dinner Saturday as usual I couldn’t go but some of them I don’t know if they really understand how it affects you. Yes been going on 7/8 years only diagnosed last year , also sleep apnea , my machine broken and cannot see them till Wednesday so that’s not good . My husbands dosent likecseeing me cry I bet yours dosent either xxxxxx

I was in bed all week, the past two days I've been up and about, stupid of me really because I am too suffering today!

There is going to be sun around for a while so I wouldn't worry about missing out!

Hiya, It really does, you can go from good to bad very quickly!

I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Polyarthralgia and they suspect Psoriatic Arthritis and I'm only 20 😂 xx

My hobbie is gardening or was should I say I did some pots Friday and had a 20 min walk had some dinner in pub walked back not something I get too do very often with hubbie but now my weekend has come to a half . Tell me more about your conditions ???? Xxx

Was living in south East London but now live in Kent, I work in the NHS and a hospital near my old place so I've been off work for nearly two months now because I can't drive on my medication! Just need to get used to it so far, been driving me crazy being at home haha but would have been worse at work!

Least you got some walking in! I was going to the gym 3 times a week, but these past few weeks I've been really struggling to physically and mentally do this, and everyone nags at me saying exercise will help! Of course it'll help but I can't at the moment 😂

The carpal tunnel gets worse sometimes but most the time it isn't too bad really. And the Polyarthralgia isnt amazing, just joint pain, so I get this alongside the fibro and can't do simple tasks like washing up without my back extremely hurting 😂

You have ME and fibro? Can only imagine how horribly tired you get! A 20 minute walk is impressive to be honest! Xxx

Thankyou for making me feel up beat yes I felt lovely at the time just being out , you know your own body and course you would be doing things if you could , I used to swim twice a week but think the ME not fibro put a stop to that cause made me more fatigue but really miss that. Thankyou for explaining about your conditions I do hope things will improve alittle. I do have a car as live on the outskirts of a town so good days I try get out for abit, my husband is in the dog house lol he moved a little fridge yesterday and mis judged sctraching my car xxx

Exactly most of the time you feel fine when doing something then it definitely creeps up on you later on!

Oh no! He is in the dog house 😆 I would be so angry! I just got a new car too, can only drive it around to the shops at the moment, but if my boyfriend done that, he'd be in the dog house too 😆

They were just starting to get back to normal , but could still see bits of the devastation my husband did all the driving Funnily enough they were hoping for rain as it had been dry for too long x
