What next coming of pre gablin

Morning beautiful people I am starting to come off pre tank in as in three mths I have gained 3 stone !!! It doesn't work either so I am on now taking it every 4 days . Shall I go to every 5 days etc until down to 1 every wk then stop ? I am on duluxitine already and fentanyl patches is therevsmything else can take ( gabetpentin allergic reaction !!! ) thanks again guys

Sounds like you're doing the right thing, I came off pregablin last year (was taking it for post shingles neuralgia) & I did it much the same as you, lengthening the time between doses & also getting some lower mg tabs from the GP. I tried gabapentin & didn't get on with it at all, I now take nortriptyline at night & slow release tramadol & paracetamol. Not sure of your alternatives with what you're already taking?

Hi sweetie I also came off pregabiln as it didn’t do anything for me other than put weight on. I hated ever going on that medication and doctors says it doesn’t put weight on well why is it that I see and hear that so many people put weight on with it. I have managed to lose the weight that I put on. Thank goodness 😅.

I came off the gabapentin due to eternal confusion and lack of memory. After it left my system my pain levels increased. Nortriptyline helps with sleep and therefore pain levels. All the best
