Thank-you. I’m ok just frustrated at the minute. I’ve had to get a potato masher and now I’m struggling holding things now and it’s so embarrassing. Xx

It’s not embarrassing Hun. Unfortunately that’s what fibro does to you. I struggle to hold things all the time, and I struggle to pick things up etc. I’m constantly dropping things too. It all gets extremely frustrating not to mention exhausting. Good luck with it all lovely. Love and gentle hugs to you xx🤗

and welcome back to the forums. sorry that you are struggling with pain wise ...hopefully now that we are into spring and hopefully warmer weather on its way - we will all start to feel a bit better pain wise. xxx

If only unfortunately my body doesn’t like the sun much either, I’ve been diagnosed with lupus aswell so the sun makes me swell and gives me some lovely rashes. Never easy is it. Xx

i saw your name and thought i must read her post as you are not on very much and i often wonder how you are. you struggling at the moment so am i the weather and the cold makes things worse and also affects your mood sending you a nice big hugx

Hello, you must leave near me then,im in Weymouth, I believe I have FM, I just going through the doctors now, and hopefully getting referred. Pains in my head and headaches and stiff neck and shoulders.
