But don't bother with buying from High Street stores...research and buy from good sources where there is help and sound advice.

Yes to Pats advice but I would recommend support groups like Facebook ones. Lots of excellent advice for all sorts of problems

Mine has a FB page Dee but as I found out recently...lots of members don't have FB.

My supplier has a good Web site but for the kind of advice that most people need, like appropriate dosage for different conditions a support group is invaluable.

Maybe their are other groups not connected to Facebook.
