Can anyone recommend a good cbd oil to help with fibro and rsl. I tried one that I got from Holland and Barrett but didn't do much.

Yeh cbd brothers or love cbd or medisense. There all good legalised cbd farms in britain apart from medisense is netherlands.

Love cbd is cheapest..

I get the 500mg one and noticed after about 3 weeks i didnt need my pain meds as much and now i take none

Hi

healthunlocked.com/user/Deb...,

healthunlocked.com/user/Lul..., and

healthunlocked.com/user/06h....

Do you drink it?

Is it something you get accustomed to and need more of?

How do you feel when you miss a dose or sleep past the time when your next dose is due? I am wondering what withdrawal symptoms feel like? How do they compare to other pain med., like Tramadol?

Do you sleep any better?

Thank you for sharing.

I spray it under my tongue.

3 sprays a day u may need more or less, u dont feel weird or have any feeling after taking it.

So it a case of waiting to see after a while how ur pain is. I put it in my diary , day i started and how many sprays i needed and painscale then every couple days put painscale in and within 2 month i looked back and i started at a 8 1/2 and when i looked month later i was at a 2.

No u dont become addicted as there is nothing in it to become addicted to... it the THC in marijuana that u become addicted to and cbd has none in it anymore...

I just been away for 11 days and forgot to take mine ( which i take everyday for last 2-3 years) i had no withdrawal symptoms apart from pain in joints started to reappear and had to buy some pain meds which ive not taken for along time.

I also do yoga as although were all in pain i do think my pain gets worse the more i dont move so much, i seem to get stiffer so when i keep fitter and stronger and use my muscles i feel better. I know some people agree on this and some people dont, it my choice and i do think it helps me.

I used to b on alot of tablets , i have been on cocodamol, naproxen, tramadol, gaba, preg, ami.... u name it ive had it and all i had such problem with coming off them. The tramadol i would never touch again as long as i live as i literally had the worse withdrawals.

I had to come of them as i started feeling really sick and ill and i woke up one morning and i was bright yellow... i had noticed my eyes seemed weird colour couple days before, i ended up being rushed to hosp from doctors and i had hepatitus A, liver failure, due to all the medication....

I was in hosp for 8 days and they flushed saline through me

All day and i eventually got better but i have liver lesions which i now have to b careful of so that why i chose to go the healthier more natural root... u forget that all this stuff u put in ur body is taking it toll on ur organs.

I now lead a healthier life, i dont eat inflammatory foods, i dont eat gluten or dairy, i exercise to strengthen my body and swim and i also meditate... i know it sound abit “ hippy chickie” and im nothing like that but i had to find another way... it was either need liver transplant or take what happened as a warning and find other ways

I want to get off Tramadol. How did you cope with withdrawals and how long? Bit scared to deal with constant pain without it; then the thought of the withdrawal symptoms too has intimidated me.

Or did you start with CBD to manage pain, then cut down on Tramadol? Did you go slowly or fast “cold turkey”?

Please share any learned wisdom.

Yes, I am same about working hard to keep moving.

Thank you for all that you shared so far. It’s encouraging. Harmony2

I had no choice but to just go full out “ cold turkey” as i was in hospital for 8 days which obv stopped all drug taking.

It was hard but i saw it as “ my chance” to just do it. I had headache , shakes , sweats , wasnt nice but u just got to take it on chin and do it... if i was u i would get the cbd oil first and start that then start dropping the tramadol.

There nasty tablets, my dr wont even prescribe them anymore coz of the damage it does.

Start with some light yoga to for beginner, some stretching.

Were so quick to feel pain and panic then go into “ im not doin anything mode” thinking it will help us whereas it is not, it is prob making u worse as our bodies were made to move and work and if the muscles dont they just become weak and hurt.

It really just about strengthening ur mind and body.

When im having a bad now , il do some yoga stretching. go see my osteo who will give me a good mot on the old body then il come home and meditate and sleep. The next day is a new day. I dont reach for the tablets as i cannot so its easier for me not to do it...

The end oil I first got I just couldn't get away with the flavour it was vile. I was putting a couple of drops 3/4 times a day. Like yourself in on so many drugs a number of them being opiates. Thing is I suffer from haematomchrosis, which along with other things can affects your liver, etc which ain't good.

Debbs73,

Did you stop Tramadol? If so, and acknowledging everyone may be different, how many days/weeks did your withdrawal symptoms last?

Hiya. I don't take tramadol. I had a bad reaction to it years ago and never been on it again since, however I do take, gabapentine, duloxetine, sevredol morphine tablets, ammatriptaline, fentyal patches, folic acid and lidocaine patches. Quite an amount of medication. 🤔

Hello; CBD IN SOCAL is becoming over rated in my opinion! I’ve been taking it for 3 years not to help with pain but whit blood count and it took this long to boost my immune system! Otherwise I prefer medical marijuana for pain and I’m on Gabapentin to help at bedtime and sleep. It took me a ton of trial and error and quit work to manage but after years of educating myself I manage pretty good with limitations to activities. Hope this helped? Gentle oooo

So you smoke or eat medical marijuana and also take gabapentin pills? I’m in uk so I believe MM not available here for this yet.

What do you mean “CBD IN SOCAL”?

Thank you.

You should try magnesium high strength tablets for RLS and soda water before bed.

I'll check the magnesium tablets out, but can't get away with soda water.

Socal is probably Southern California.

AURA organic CBD oil, I've reduced Tramadol from 8/24 to 2/24 using it. On 20% but started with 10% also sleep greatly improved.

auracbdoil.com, not cheap but a world away from H+B

Hi Debbs73 ,

I use Holistic Herb , premium cbd oil from H and B now . I've been using cbd for over a year now and wouldnt be without it . I started with Jacob Houy . You start on a low dose and gradually build it up . H and B advise . I dont think i could do without it now since i cant take OTCM with my heart meds . Heat is very helpful for me , and i want to try the infrared things , i think i would respond well to that . I use electrically heated pads now .

Also look up dosage online i think one can take more than H and B say , but do do it gradually , consult your doctor and get physical checkups . I dont think cbd does any harm , but better safe than sorry .

There are other sources if cbd , check on youtube , they are recommended there i think . God bless Debbs and i hope this helps . KT
