I went to my annual doctor appointment every month I told pains all my she charge my tablets and told me try stay on feet and walk because she told me stay away from the wheelchair

The medics all seem to agree gentle exercise is good for fibro butdo try to build up slowly. There are alot of exercises that can be done sitting down and then gradually build up. If you take just a few more steps each day it is amazing how it can help. Some days it is more difficult than others but don't let that put you off just do what you can. Good luck.x

I have a wheelchair, but I fight to stay out of it as much as possible. Most of the time I use a 4 wheeled Rollator which has a seat I can use when queuing in supermarkets, etc. It also means I can carry bags on the handles!
