Hi

When I got my letter I took it into them as I wasn’t sure if you had to or not has it’s a change in circumstances that was in January and my rent not changed and received council bill and that has not changed neither hope that helps 🙂

Hi pip does not count against hb/hc but esa is put down as income so yes you have to tell them if increasing. They get to know in the long run so better you tell them most of time there’s no change or little.

It's all government, but if your worried, call them at least you can say that you showed willing if anything was to change. Don't think it will. But ESA is means-tested, PIP, is not. And rules are completely different.

Hi I'm on the same as you I live alone be, so most of my rent us paid apart from bedroom tax and my council tax is paid, its worth talking to them to see where you stand, my poor friend did not let the housing benefit know her award she now has a years rent and council tax back pay to pay.Good luck x

Thanks will look it up now x

Hi Patches as long as you're not over the 16k saving allowance you'll be fine for housing benefit. If you're already receiving housing benefit I wouldn't think anything would change. But if your worried write them a short letter to explain. Take care x
