Since last year I’ve had trouble with pain In my hands and fingers. In the morning they are very stiff and painful and moving them is painful too. I see my rheumatologist on the 20th of this much so I’m going to tell him about it as the pain is getting worse I am 22 and can’t even manage to open things sometimes!

Sounds a bit like osteoarthritis hun, do you have fibro? my hands have arthralgia and to ease the soreness and stiffness I lay my hands in warm water for a few minutes, pat them dry (this opens the pores) and then apply voltarol gel like hand cream, it does ease and i have found the 12 hour version is better.. Your Rheumo doc will probably prescribe anti inflammatories, he might take bloods to check your inflammatory levels but voltarol is no longer on prescription in most towns so you will have to buy some to try- get a small tube first to see if it works, the bigger ones can be pricey.

Yeah I do Hun, was diagnosed in September! Arthritis runs highly in my family too so could be that! Thankyou I will definitely try that see if it eases my pain and stiffness!

I have it in several places .. hands included but was so saddened the other day as I was picking things off the shelves to put in my trolley and was dropping them on the floor.. thank goodness my friend was with me.

|Its embarassing things like this happening when we are seen as young people- I gave up suppermarket shopping when I dropped a jar of jam, I go online to a few supermarkets (Asda will bring min 25.00) I get the best fresh food and long shelf life- its picked and loaded from the warehouse not the shop floor so I feel I get the best.

choose your favourite supermarket most have online shopping there is a delivery charge but choose your delivery time that suits right up to mid night, if it works out for you, you can buy a delivery pass and get as many deliveries a month as you need,, I.m waiting ernestly for M&S to deliver>> I also find i dont buy things i dont really need anymore as you would need to request its availability,, you also collect your loyalty points online too.
