Hi I had one probably around 5 years ago.

I was very nervous, but looking back, it wasn't bad, although I was a wreck, shaking and crying etc.

There were two people on the panel, one, the judge I believe he was called, was a solicitor in his normal job, he was in his early 60s, and he was very nice and encouraging- a lovely man. The other was a female doctor in the 50s, she wasn't as pleasant as he was but it was ok. I only managed to score 9 points though but that was my fault because I got myself in such a state that I couldn't answer a very crucial question.

The "Judge", I could see him willing me to answer the question, he was basically trying to drag the answer out of me, in a good way, but I just couldn't speak anymore.

Over all, it was not a terrible tribunal. Oh, there was also a clerk from the tribunal office who sat in as a witness.

thanks did u win it I was a wreck going they couldn't tell me as lappys was down so telling me in post 3 years ago I had heart failure and been suffering bad depression and anxiety since I am not sure if I will get it I am on a lot of medication and got bowel problem also cant go out alone
