Hi everyone, just been for my ESA tribunal and have been told they will let me know the outcome, will this be bad news? As everyone who I have seen that have won there appeal have been told on the day that they have won? Has anyone been written to and told that they have won there appeal? Thanks

Thank you for the reply, hopefully it's good news, my anxiety is through the roof at the moment with worry about how it went I thought it went ok but you can never tell
They try to but some cases need to be discussed at length and as Hidden says if they are running over for some reason they will let people know through the post. Sometimes they just wish to query something before making a decision. Good luck for a great outcome. Please let us know what happens.x
Good luck hope you get the right decision.
Hey everyone got a letter through today telling me that the appeal is allowed and that I had scored 18 points for ESA at the appeal but in the letter it also says that the matter will be remitted to the secretary of state to make a final decision upon entitlement to ESA, does this mean they can still turn me down or won't that happen now, thank you
Hi all, does anyone have any idea how long it takes for DWP to contact you about the appeal?
lee u can ring them up and ask them
