Hi Deedee

Have you tried an Epsom salt bath, I have just been reading about how good it is for our joints two cups of Epsom salts in your bath 3 Times a week soak for around 12 minutes or linger if you want. I was reading this on a site called Health matters they have lots of tips on different things that can help with pain and fatigue etc. If I had a bath I would certainly try this unfortunately I have a wet room. It’s to do with the amount of magnesium our body needs apparently taking it orally is not good enough as it’s difficult for the body to absorb and digest properly. Epsom salts are cheap to buy so definitely worth a try if you have a bath in your home.

Best advice is You Tube. CBD BROTHERS. HOLLAND /BARRETT NOT STRONG ENOUGH. AT THE MOMENT ANXIETY IS HIGH AND MY RIGHT ARM FROM HAND TO ELBOW IS SWOLLEN MY FINGER TIPS ARE VERY SENSITIVE. Back injury ,crush injury right foot, neck injury (3 discs replaced 2yrs ago)apiece of plywood struck the back of the neck (my head should have been on the floor,my friend said).

I've been on every painkiller since 1982,which have done more Harm than good .I'm weaning myself off tramadol at the moment also sERTRALINE CBD OIL HAS MADE A BIG IMPROVEMENT FOR ME.THE FIRST GOOD SIGN WAS MY ANXIETY LEVELS. I RELAX MORE NOW (THIS PAST WEEK OR SO HAS BEEN TERRIBLE ).I AM STILL EXPERIMENTING WITH CBD OIL,PLEASE GO ON YOUTUBE WHERE YOU CAN JUDGE FOR YOURSELF I USE CBD BROTHERS,BUYING CANNABIS OIL IN THE UK (YOUTUBE )WATCH THIS FIRST.THE PROS AND CONS. QUALITY COMES FIRST.CBD IS GIVING SOME QUALITY OF LIFE (AT LAST).MAYBE IT'S NOT FOR ALL, I'M STILL sweating the small stuff but at least I ache a bit less.

Check out fibromy as well. EATING THE RIGHT FOOD AND D TOX IS THE WAY FOR ME NOW. HOPE YOU FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.

I'm also taking the CBD OIL route! I've been using a CBD/HTC mix in the form of vaping. I also take CBD oil (1drop) morning and evening. I have been writing a "Journey Journal" and will also be going on my own "Retreat" in Jan 2018! I've tried everything going so far and I'm lucky to only be taking 2 prescription drugs and 2 vitamins. (My choice) But I am also aware of the damage Tramadol can do! I don't want any poisonous substance in my body so I've changed my diet lost 4 stones in weight and take care of myself😊 I hope everyone's journey has a happy ending!.....Much love....Ninja 😍
