I keep getting episodes of muscle weakness worse than usual where it has me feeling so weak I have to sit down until it passes and I feel shaky inside. i originally thought it was my blood sugars a bit low but I had them checked and they were in the normal range? Also was checked for diabetes and I don’t have that. Is it another symptom of fibromyalgia or should I go to the GP and tell them?

Definitely see your GP, there are many causes that need to be ruled out but in my experience it is a symptom of Fibromyalgia x
What are the other causes?xx
Hi...I must agree with the others. I've had this first it was vitamin d...but the following year my legs became worse still to this day. I've increased vitamin d and need to rest more nowadays. If I push just a bit too much I feel a tight feeling in arms and crushing sensation in my legs. Rest for a bit then it goes. I have Fibro M.E and Osteoarthritis in lower spine...in your case I would get checked to be sure.😊
Hi Lauren. Do you know what blood tests you've had altogether? If you had any nutrient levels checked? Would you consider asking your GP for blood test for :
Vitamin D, B12, Folate and Ferritin
You could check out symptoms of deficiencies for each one on NHS choices.
