Wish I could go shopping for one day without suffering all this pain when out and tonight only went in two shops the pain is hell all over but my feet and hand I have shooting stabbing pain in done think sleep is going to be for me tonight like the past 5 nights 😣😣

I found gel insoles helped. I bought the dearer ones, then tried Superdrug's own and they were just as good. Don't cure it ( I wish) but did reduce the awful burning sensation.

I get this too - v unpleasant. Can only empathise - nothing much seems to get rid of it. Oramorph at night knocks me out, but comes at a cost - even on small doses I feel dopey most of the time.

Mine are like being tortured once they have had enough just can't get comfortable once it starts

Oh I feel for you! I would love to go shopping without burning and pain. I to have shooting pain in my hand and arm.

I have been to my first pain clinic and he has prescribed me Oral Morphine, this certainly knocks me out at night, but I do sleep more than I'm awake that's for sure! The feeling as though someone has pulled a plug and all you feel is your energy diminish!
