Hi everyone
Hope you are all as well as can be.
This is my gorgeous pooch Charlie, he is the funniest , most loving dog I've ever had. He's knows when I'm feeling low or in pain and comes and cuddles up to me and lays his head on my shoulder.
I'm three weeks post hip replacement and what I'm looking forward to the most when I'm fully mobile, is walking him (which I haven't done for over a year) I really can't wait.

Aww he is just wonderful, well he will cheer you up with a face like that. They do know when your poorly your right, I know mine try to see who's going to get the closest next to me even if it means pushing the family off the settee lol. I also know what you mean about not getting him taking out and sometimes relying on others to do what you love to do yourself, as I've had two full knee replacements, got that sorted and now it's my lungs. Never mind hope to get those sorted soon so I can get back to walkies. Will be great. Have a good day Charlie and judipat.
He's beautiful @Judipat - Labs are just the best Cats too know what's going on in their human; my ginger and white tom Maxie miaows loudly at me when I should be sitting down, then comes and sits beside me like a body guard! He also shouts for his food and to go outside. He's a very vocal chap
He sounds great I have a cat 'toothless' an he also knows when I'm poorly or down,thank god for animals!☺x

Our pets give us so much love and pleasure, I had 2 cats- black moggi Maxi acquired from a nurse colleague who went to OZ and I took him so he wouldnt be homed- and my missing buddy Zimba Bengal who has moved away- I keep looking at my kitchen window expecting him to be trying his best to prize open the window, he was very mischeivous, tormented Maxi, ate maxi leavings and opened my fridge and food cupboard to enquire about anything he fancied.. Maxi is more clingy, he sleeps on a pillow at the side of me, he sits on the arm of the chair when I,m trying to kit and chews at my wool and ocassionally brings me a mouse that has intruded on our property!

Glad the recovery is going to plan and hope it continues.Then it wont be long before you can take this fella out for a jaunt.

Be lovely when you can walk him (I'm in love with him just by lookin at the picture ) yes differently dogs are really in tune with your moods I think , so pleased you have him I'm missing not havin a dog but tryin to juggle young grandchildren at the moment with fibro .The youngest is 8months I'm sure he is on every ready batteries dosent stop think I mite need some to keep up xxx
