Hi there Want2live It's nice to meet you, Please let me wish you a very warm welcome to our support group. And may i say i think your English is very very good. I would just like to make it clear that we are not doctors and can not offer medical advice. But you may want to take a look at our mother site it as a wealth of information. fmauk.org
I am so sorry you are suffering like you are has any doctor ever mention you may have fibromyalgia to you? May i ask are you living in the UK ?
It sounds like you have all the tests and everything seems to be ok. This is how our doctors diagnose fibro. They rule out any other illness first then if all comes back fine they may say a person has fibro. These test can take many years before a diagnoses is given.
I have had fibro for 30+ years but it took over 10 years before they said i had fibro. It wouldn't be surprising if you feel depressed in fact i would think it would be normal to feel that way with all you are going through.
Have you spoke with your doctor about depression maybe that would be a good place to start. I see you are of slim build ? Have you always been slim? Many people are slim or underweight the same way many people are just born with over weight problems. But i would think if there is no reason for weight loss it may just be in your make up.
I am sure there will be others who may be able to offer you more help and advice will be along soon. Sunday is a quiet day on the forum. Pleased feel welcomed to our group xx
Thank u so so much for reply , i've been always skinny since childhood and nothing could change it until now i'm 45 kg , about my blood test Gh Hormone is suspicious but everything is ok , about fibro i've searched alot but i don't have some of it symptoms and its so hard to diagnose , mybody is getting weaker everyday and nothing make it better
In so sorry you are suffering with this and that the drs are being so confusing.
I can't tell you what will definitely help you as we are all different and what can help one might not another or might affect their medication. But i can tell you what had helped me.
Magnesium chloride oil diluted with distilled water helps take the edge off of tight muscles, i used the oil; there is also lotions that contain it. There are a lot of different forms of magnesium that you take in different forms, you can research online and see which one is right for you.
Stretching helps me tremendously, the main website has great advise for those that are just starting out (slowly and only holding for short periods of time).
Range of motion exercises are great as well. They help all the little muscles that keep you moving , healthy. I do range of motion at every joint, also moving slow, the slower the better. Building up all those muscle slowly will help prevent injuries in the future.
Massage brings blood flow to the muscle and helps them heal. It can be very painful but for me the benefits out way the pain and soreness it can cause.
I love spending time outside, the sun gives a boost of vitamin d and the trees and nature helps me with my mental health. It is common for us with chronic pain to get down, it isn't an easy thing. Anything that you enjoy would work.
I have benefited greatly from Apple Cider Vinegar with mother drinks (not sure if it reacts to any medications). The recipe i use is
Up to 15 ml Apple Cider Vinegar with mother
15 ml honey
Juice of half a lemon
8oz of water
One every morning was all i have needed to benefit. It took about 3-4 weeks before i really noticed a difference.
Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables did amazing thing for me. After the first week my energy level went up and i felt amazing. I still had pains but i still felt a lot better. I was drinking about 4 a day and eating a super healthy dinner, i stopped all processedfoods and sugar. I really felt great, but it was hard for me to keep up. I still try to drink a few a week but sometimes i can't. But i always feel better the more i juice and the less sugar and processed food i eat.
And i think a big thing that helps a lot of people is not being in one position for too long. If you have to sit a lot try to occasionally stand up and walk around. If you are standing a lot or moving stuff or other harder work take breaks. Pace yourself. Try not to over do it.
Sorry for the rush of information. Do some research and figure out what would be best for you. I'm sure others will eventually be on here to share. This is a great site full of very kind people that know how you feel and are dealing with simular issues that others just can't quite understand. You are not alone.
