There is a Fibro card for sale on eBay, not sure if it's what you are looking for?

Excellent I will await lol.. you can buy cards & print on them what you want, no idea if it would out way the cost though. They do really good programs where you can design your own cards & they print & send you them, I can't remember the name of it but I'll tell you when it comes to me. They used to be about 5.99 for 100 but there is p.p on top of that. They do have special deals on though.

Luv Jan xx

Hi rottweiller69

I know the sort of thing you mean. ME Association do one for ME but I've not seen one for Fibro. Found a few things that might fit the bill or may give you some ideas for making your own though.

This is an 'in case of medical emergency' keyring/card for fibro iceinfo.co.uk/shoptop/adult...

Ah just found a keyring card that may fit the bill stickmancommunications.co.u...

Or if you wanted to make your own the fmauk.org site might help with suggestions of what to put fmauk.org/dmdocuments/Medic...

Depends on what you want to say on the card really.

Hope that helps.

Gentle hugs, Margaret.xxx

You're welcome honey.

It is quite good isn't it. Rather than just listing symptoms which won't mean a lot unless you experience them, it explains a bit about what difference it actually makes to our lives, which is the significant bit isn't it.

Glad it's what you wanted.

Hugs.xxx

Problem is with a fibro card is what would it say yes we suffer a lot of the same symptoms pain brain fog fatigue but then we all go off on tangents and have our unique bits guess that's why they find it hard to diagnose us lol mind could be so thing as simple as just because I look ok doesn't mean I am or today's a flair up so just leave me alone. What ever you put please stick me on the list of I ll take a dozen cos I'm fed up of trying to explain what's wrong n why some days I'm almost human lol xxxxx

That's another brilliant one. Meeting my fit friends tomorrow wish I had one to show them then perhaps the penny would click that my life isn't the same as theirs.x

I do know one person who supposedly has fibro but I am convinced it is osteo as she seems to be able to do so much without it bothering her and is still working three days a week at 68. Mind you she does have a doting husband who runs her about everywhere and knowing him does the lions share of everything so that makes a difference.

Yes it is good to talk to others who can understand what life is like. I am so lucky that I am not as ill as many on the forum. My husband thinks it is gritted teeth and sheer determination on my part not to give into it but somedays it is a real struggle, lol.x

OMG you sound like you are describing me..im a tough cookie 🍪....i dose myself and strapped up and just get on with it...i will not be beaten..i have a lovely hubby who does help but I am stubborn even with him...i like it on here because I have a voice....

Stubborn is a word often used here to describe me or cussed! I sort of plan everything ahead so hopefully I can manage things. It is like a military operation some days. Do the stretching exercises, hot shower, pain patches, bit of strapping, slathering on of Musselflex or freeze gel. It is making me laugh just typing it.x
