fibro awareness rubber wristbands

as it is fibro awareness next month i was wanting to purchase a fibro rubber wristband but having a job finding where to purchase them from in the uk only sites i can find are for 100 from abroad i only want 1 to show my support does anyone have any ideas thanks jo x

Hi the easiest place to get them is from our mother site which is fibroaction.org I believ it has problems at the moment which they are sorting so all will be all right very soon.

Fibro action sells them on the main site.Purple and yellow. But I don`t think it`s up and running at the moment,, sue

That is a great idea? Mind you, not being cynical or negative in any way; I am just feeling fragile that's all. But the first thing that came into my head was:

'Get thing b****y rubber band off my arm, it is too tight and it hurts like c**p!'

Sorry, I didn't want to put a damper on it for you! It was just the first thing that came into my head as I am feeling so fragile at the moment. I was in an MS group yesterday and they gave me something like a commode to sit on (which created so much pain with laughter) and I had to get the MS nurse to take my shoes off as I couldn't stand having them on! Not good!

I am not even the one with MS, it is my wife that has it, so it was terribly embarrassing.

I genuinely hope that you can get a rubber band, I really do.

Hello All,

The bands are very easy to wear and I have never heard anyone experience problems with them being tight so far.They are not like swimming bands !!

If anything I have to keep pulling mine up to stop them falling down to my wrists while typing!! (not a biased opinion I promise)

The Awareness bands are great and good value too, plus it supports FibroAction!
