Bed pain and no sleep

20 years later still hip pain all night

Praying for a new memory foam topper comes on Thursday my old ones bottom out in agony all day now

I'm sorry you are in so much pain with your hips, I'm the same, it's horrible.

I'm sure your new mattress will help because you have to have a comfy bed for the amount of time most of us are in it.

I hope the new topper works well and you enjoy a decent night's sleep.

Have you had any treatment for your hip pain, physio or anything like that? If it has been some time since you brought it up with your GP, it would be worth mentioning it again.

5 week flare up canot be bed its new .I broke my 27years praying this flare stops .Got push forward walking scared. After 2 bad falls

I got a new 10 months ago and never seem to sleep well, it's a good mattress too. Maybe I need a memory foam topper too, my last mattress was memory foam, this one isn't but I was advised it was better...
