Another night been awake since 3.15 left leg pain , tossing and turning with pain in my both hips, and my finger and wrist joints keep locking which is causeing shooting pain up my arms .My body feel.s so weake. All so my chest feels so tight think im on the way for another chest infection . xx

Morning I too have been awake since 3.00am I loath it. Your description pretty much fits me if it is not one leg it is the other. The hands distract me a little at least I can wave them in the air massage them . Any way Up now waiting for pain killers to click in
Hope your pain killers click in soon and you can have a afternoon nap , Think my hands are so bad because i made hubby and granchildren their favourite toffee apples on bonfire night hubby has to have his toffee apples on bommy night he's like a big kid he has taken some to work today. Do they ever grow up LOL , Carnt beleave only two days after bomfire night and some christmas lights are going on tonight in parts of the country were has the year gone,
Morning, ..........gawd me too,it's my day off and I've been awake since 4am with pain and also think i'm coming down with the lurge! My hips and pelvis wake me three times a night then the weird spasms and don't get me started on thigh pain and shoulder pain. Let's hope we all manage to get an afternoon kip in today! Yes the tight chest can be part of fibro - inflammation of the intercostal muscles, rather like having a chest infection or pleurisy, or having pulled a muscle, really painful but not dangerous I am told. May be worth checking with your GP though in case there's another cause for you.
