Been in loads of pain all night one of my worst flare ups from head to feet no sleep felt breathless to my heads really bad still heat don't help how is everyone xx

So very sorry to here you are going through this I think the heat is affecting everyones rest patterns to which is not helping. Hopefully the breathlessness and headaches will ease for you.

It's gone quite a bit cooler here and it looks like we will have rain might freshen it up a bit. I do d when it goes muggy I start to feel really off and ache all over. Hope you are now having an easier time.x
