Hip pain 😞

Intense right hip pain all day...fed up with pain...if it's not one area it's another 😞

That is what is so annoying with fibro, today your hip, tomorrow your shoulder, it just goes on and on.

Try a pillow between your knees in bed it may help.

I just feel like going to bed and never getting up 😞 I can't even do that as my sleep is interrupted with pain in my right leg or the occasional pain in my left leg. It's so tough at times as I cannot rest as I have a young 7 year old son. I wish I was back to the way I was before I had my son...it looks like my Fibromyalgia started during pregnancy as that was the start of it....just being able to wake up now and then pain free would be nice

Hi Hidden sorry your in so much pain my friend 😐 I suffer with very bad hip pain, so i know what it's like & as you say, the pain travels from one area to another. I brought some little hand warmers & i get them hot & slowly & gently rub over my hip & i find this helps.

I hope you get some relief very soon.

Hi Janet, never thought of using handwarmers on hip, great tip, at present I am using ibuprofen gel for hip pain.

I only thought of it myself a few weeks ago & they are brilliant, could have been made entirely for this purpose lol, they are nice & soft & they really heat the area nicely. I can't have ibuprofen but I use Movelat Gel which is prescribed, it is very good but your not supposed to use on large areas.

Its a bit similar to deep heat but doesnt burn or smell so bad, it comes in gel or Cream, I've had it fir yrs. It does he'll xx

Try a full body pillow the U shaped one is the best.It's helped me in the past hopefully it will bring you some relief too

I use heat to help hip pain , so I can sleep, that and nortryptline, butrans pain patch, and diclonefec. I'm with you re pain, it travels down my leg , into my groin, I've had 6 months physio...MRI next, diagnosis is very long....really frustrating and limits a lot in life! Sorry to hear you're having such pain, it's so debilitating .

Hi 25clai I just had an Mri on my spine Tuesday, i was suprised at the length of time it took. I was actually inside the scanner for an hour, on the plus side they must have covered me from every conceivable angle, so fingers crossed they might offer something other than removal of cocyxc as a solution. And yes it is very limiting and frustrating, I met one,of my neighbours the other day and didn't even recognise her as it's been so long since I seen her or any other neighbours.

Hi everyone i am a fibro & Osteoarthritis suffer and have Raynaurds aa well and im totally wriggled in pain in had an hr sleep laat night its in my muscles going to spasm my pelvis legs all over i am seriously feeling very down and low, i am so sorry that everyone in some way is having to suffer because of this thing its a proper life changer. Last week i had 2 Camera's done top & bottom then yesterday an Ultra scan and internal aa well as having problems with stomach i have had enough i really want to sleep. Im on Morphine because of it all.
