today was fibromyalgia. I'm just drifting along in a bubble of pain and as you all know the joys that also come with it. I cant listen to people its like im in a constant daze and soo fed up of trying to explain it all to people over and over. I just want to hide in my room

Awww I am so sorry lolly_mitchell I think it's {[hugs}} time. Why do you feel the need to explain to anyone my dear. Their ignorance is their problem not yours. If they are not making the effort to understand why should you use up precious energy trying to explain.

I know it can be very frustrating and tiring telling people over and over why you can't do what others do. The white noise is the worst for me it's like a constant buzz it's awful. So I empathise with you fully on that one.

I do hope you can take some time out and get some rest and hopefuly a little more understanding in what your having to cope with xx

Poor neesey10 I hear what you say and fully understand. I have to deal with it amongst my neighbours they just don't get it so kind of give me a wide berth. I have even stopped trying to explain it to them. It's hugs night here at HU and I have one here with your name on it my dear. {{{hugs}}}

Hi Lolly - yeah - I hear you - You do get tired of explaining it to people. I've just gotten to the "need to know otherwise minimalism" route. I seldom explain it now unless it is someone that means something to me... Hope you are feeling better soon!
