I think I need to have a drawer dedicated to my meds as it seems to be a growing batch haha๐ (We have to laugh or we'll cry)

Insight into my life
I know the feeling. To keep my meds and spares, creams, pain plasters etc I have a very large wicker hamper basket. Not counting the two dosette boxes that are made up with my tablets and a bag with the opened boxes. I liken myself to a large carton of smarties, lol. Every time you look it seems to spontaneously expand. I've decided the OH and I can keep the local chemist ticking over on our own.x
I already have a full draw in the kitchen and now this is mounting up on my side! X
You know the concept that it will expand into any available space, so don't let it see you have any space to spare. What would the pharmaceutical industry do without us?xxx
I know that feeling, I collect mine from the chemist in a carrier bag and then they are put in the wardrobe, no room in any drawers.

Yep I'm turning into my Nan...lol! I have a dedicated drawer in my bedside drawers crammed full with Meds!

May I ask does all the medication help give you some relief ? I only ask because many people are on so many pills for Fibro and say it is not helping them.

Mmm.... that's a difficult one. There are meds which I have to take to survive, thyroxine, steroids, rivaroxaban amongst them, Then there are the ones I KNOW are helping like the amitriptyline, hydroxychloroquine, lansoprazole, inhalers and Gaviscon, then there are the dubious ones I wish I had never started but too wary to stop, like the dreaded morphine, finally the one I don't think makes any difference at all but my doctor tells me I must give it a chance, which is paracetamol.
I might be able to tweak one or two but really this is my life now.

Already have a drawer for medication only lol ๐

Hi HanLea
I am so genuinely sorry my friend and I can truly relate to where you are coming from. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you

I would love to fit it all n one drawer ! At present use a cupboard in kitchen and a bedside drawer and there are daily meds in box,
I keep mine in a pretty box, makes me feel less depressed when sorting them out! Also, my weekly meds are in a sorting box thats colourful, don't want to feel like my nan too soon!! Though, keep having to get bigger boxes!
unfortunately I have a whole shelf in one of my kitchen cupboards for my medication, as well as a fully stocked make-up bag (only filled with medication) and a box on my bedside table. it's sad but I have to make sure all of them are stocked at all times coz the pain & the struggle is real.
