  • Glad to hear it all went well for your son. You must be pleased that it is all over, now you can relax. :)

  • Yes it's been so stressful bluebell99 we had a home visit that we did not ask for,we cancelled the first appointment as our son refused to speak to them, they gave another appointment which was a second home visit,it went better than what we thought 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

  • Let's hope her smile and friendliness were genuine and not a smiling assassin 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  • Good Luck

  • Thanks rose54 ❤️❤️❤️

  • Don't be fooled by the niceness and charm it's to get you to relax and to feel comfortable with them, wishing you luck (went through this with my son) xx

  • Miss13 she might of been a smiling assassin that would be our luck, let's wait and see 😂😂😂😂😂

  • I hope not but I really wish you the best xx

  • Thanks miss13 but I'm not really hoping for a good outcome as their all a bunch of comedians 😂😂😂😂

  • You never know keep your fingers crossed and if you don't get it fight for it.dont let them win!!!!!!

  • Oh I'll fight for my sons rights 😂😂😂😂😂 thanks miss13 ❤️❤️

  • I had the same experience with my daughter, she got enchanted pip even tho she was on standard Dla, I'm glad she had a better experience than I did as mine was horrendous, fingers crossed for you xx

  • Thanks sammypot I'm not really going to be surprised if it's bad news, but I'll just fight them to get what he derserves ❤️❤️❤️

  • Hi,

Glad the experience was better than you expected. Just to let you know the people who fill in the paperwork don't actually make the decisions. The work is outsourced for the assessments then that is sent away and someone else makes the decision about entitlement and how much.

I really hope it goes well for u. Will be keeping an eye out for the results.

Just a little side note I have a colleague who left being an assessor because of how unfair the system is

Plenty of hugs and best wishes.

  • I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck :)

  • Hi Georgiegirl1966 I am really happy that it all went well for you all. It can be a really stressful time running up to the assessment. I'm really happy you got someone nice as I did I've got middle rate and high rate for life. So I hope your sons outcome is as good as mine if not better. Take good care Jan101 🤗🤗🤗xxxx

  • is that the old Dla?

there are no life time awards with pip

  • Hi Donnabrain my sister and I have it on going on our return assessment letter and that means for life with the pip. Call them and they can confirm.

  • ongoing with pip means they can choose to reassess anytime, but probably won't,maximum ten years
