Thank you. Just not sure whats next what to do..... its the fog that gets me the pain Ive come to terms with. Loosing my mind is affecting me I write things down a heck of a lot more now.

Oh gosh I haave six four girls and two boys. All old enough to look at me the same it is sad. Tho I am hoping a positive outcome to a negative situation...

Hi hun- I live off a calender and writeup in my diary otherwise I cannot function, I often switch my mobile on the see what day and date it is, I.m afraid thats fibro fog. You need to get help around the home from your kids. Running a home is full time plus without a job.Do you give them pocket money or do they work now? You must learn to pace yourself or you wont get any improvement. Would your kids go to local swimming pool with you? You need one that has a Jacuzzi, they can swim and you sit in the hot tub of bubbles, I do this weekly with my daughter who is now 40, for a while she wasn't close to my home but when I took her to a PIP assessment I think she was shocked at how I explained how I get by with Fibro, sometimes a sharp shock makes them aware you are just not well and need support.

Gosh if only haha. My eldest is 13 and youngest is 3 so long way off them working yet. They do help loads around the house and with their siblings great kids really. Feel bad for putting it on them. Hubby is good too
