Hi ELFLH74

Thank you so much for sharing this my friend. Please can I ask members to be aware of our politics guideline when replying to this post, as it is both a useful and informative post by ELFLH74

*FMA UK & HU Guidelines:

*5. Be mindful not to post offensive material within a post whether it be a picture or written text.

Religion and Politics should not be discussed here as it is hard to not offend someone in discussing these.

5a. We make an exception for Fibro or disability specific subjects, such as disability welfare reform. However other aspects of politics should not be discussed: this includes immigration, party politics, political funding, general (i.e. not disability specific) etc MP's should not be referred to by name in a negative manner as per the HealthUnlocked Community Guidelines as HU is not a form to create negative feedback about identifiable individuals.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Surely it depends what the changes are?, they may be positive and adding extra conditions and criteria, i havnt yet found a copy of the proposed changes.

I've read this as I'm DLA to pip form filling at the mo.

My understanding is upper tribunal passed the Law that

Physiological distress when going out should be higher mobility allowances Also help with medications therapy

The gov don't agree and are putting amendments in

Then I read the Lords are going to quash it.

That's just my understanding, I may be wrong
