Yes it is and it is working for me at least. It doesn't work for everyone they say . I have found they are diminished in number and in strength so I am persevering in the hope that it will get even better. Anything is better than the ones I had before.

That's great news Liz. Have you had it in for long ? I have had chronic migraines for years and would definitely try it out if I there's chance of reducing them. Is it more painful than ordinary ear piercing ?

I had it done in November and it did hurt as they did but only then and it has not been a bother ever since. I had it done in a proper piercing studio and the lady knew what she was doing and said there are many people have it done for this reason .
