February calling

Hi everyone, if you recall I said each month would be a positive as possible. Joyful January etc. Well February is upon us and and I suppose I could try for fabulous February. But realistically I'm thinking of 'fairly pain free February'

So my wish for you is as many fairly pain free days this month as possible. With hemp cbd oil...at least better sleep 😂 😂

..... then with a 'dibbly-dobbly' (had to get that in cos I like it!), a quick 'dink' Titan 'bowls' them over and no matter how much they 'appeal', quick as a 'flash', it's 'bye' to the crickets as Titan 'retires' with his 'catch' xx

What's the Disney film where the snake goes cross-eyed..... my first thought was Bedknobs and Broomsticks but, unlike my sister (still a sore point!!) she got to see it and I didn't so I don't think it's that..... Jungle Book maybe.... awww, darn just can't think (showing my age now just checked and Bedknobs was first released in 1971, Jungle Book 1967!!! aaarrgggh!!) xxx

P.S I calmed down a bit when OH rang and asked if I still want to go to the CBA Symposium in York tomorrow (archaeology talks)...... I AM interested (I said yes initially) but it'll be a long day so I'm realllllly not sure..... he's so keen to go but I don't think he'd go if I didn't want to...... aaarrrggghh what to do! I suppose, at least being in York, I could clear off and visit a cafe for a while..... humph!!

I've got to get some practice in..... this coming Weds. I'm volunteering for a couple of hours at a community centre, they've told me that the folk love it if you're a bit zany/have a laugh - think I might struggle tho' Jan, what do you think?!?

I have been taking the hemp oil with cbd and it gets me sleeping. It's worth a try but take it easy and talk to gp or pharmacist re meds your are on please x

Thank you Olivia1i appreciate it, all good thoughts are welcome, i had a gum biopsy on Monday and I'm feeling sorry for myself I'm going between hot water and salt gargle and the prescription gargle they gave me. They seem to be helping because the pain is easing so it's all good gentle hugs Rosie xxx
