I have paranoid schizophrenia and fibromyalgia (my life is a barrel of laughs) but 12 weeks ago in was blessed with a beautiful baby girl after suffering a stillborn in 2015. Life is hard sometimes and sometimes it's a daily struggle to get out of bed. I joined because no one understands the pain I'm In all the time. During the day I can busy myself with the kids but at 8pm when there in bed I hurt, a lot I plan on annoying my doctors to actually help more productively and hopefully get my medication sorted. I hope everyone has a good 2017. Times may get bad but there's always something good waiting x

Congrats on birth of your daughter - it's probably her and rest of your family that keep you going and when you stop everything just wallops you. Hope you get your pain meds sorted. Take care 😘🤗

Congratulations on your new baby girl.

Hi again Hoot- as long as you are not breast feeding your g.p should be able to find you a pain relief that doesn't clash with anything you take for P..S Have you been to a rheumatologist yet? they are the best people to intervene and instruct a g.p what to offer for your pain. I use hydrotherapy weekly and it helps a lot Ive also had acupuncture with good results just waiting for a place again in pain clinic for cocxydenia intervention now. Don't walk away with negative response from g.p its usually because they don't know anything about fibro and shy away from helping you, go to a different doc in the practice if you can and ask for hospital intervention, if you still see anyone for P.S then ask them to get you a referral that can be a quicker route, push hard for some help hun you have that right.
