Hi 🙋 everyone does anyone know what a notification of local service compliance telephone interview mean. My partner received a letter informing him of this yesterday

Just to make sure your circumstances have not changed and you are on correct benefits .

There is just one thing that I thought you should know.

I do not know exactly what questions you get asked, but be careful about saying if your partner's condition has got worse.

If it has and you tell the DWP they will send you new claim forms and you will have to claim again.

I hope I am correct in saying this, but I know that Rose54 will be able to tell you whether I am right or not.

BlueMermaid3 is correct if you say anything has changed it will result in a claim form being sent .

All DWP claims state any changes in circumstances must be reported and this is what they are looking for
