Hi Mortytans
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance.
I have pasted for you below an excerpt from the *anxietycentre website, and they say it could be stress related? So I sincerely hope that you find this useful:
*Muscle weakness anxiety symptoms descriptions:
A muscle or group of muscles feel unusually weak, rubbery, odd.
Some people describe this symptom as that their muscles feel wobbly, numb, shaky, and/or tired.
Others describe their muscles as feeling like they won't work right.
Others describe this symptom as that they don't have confidence in their muscles because they don't feel as strong as they used to.
Others descriptions include weak hands, feet, legs, arms, neck, back, head, and face muscles. They can feel so weak that you become concerned you have a serious medical problem, such as MS, ALS, or Parkinson’s Disease.
I have also pasted you a **Google search on this below:
**Weakened veins cause oxygen depletion in your legs, giving you that heavy sensation in your legs. People who have varicose veins or other problems with venous insufficiency in the legs can lead to some leg swelling that gives a sensation of heaviness.
I would talk to your doctor about this just to get other medical conditions ruled out of the equation? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Hi Mortytans, although you might be going thru some hard times with a sick relative, YOU need to keep yourself in good shape so that you can continue to care for them.. I would just get it checked out, maybe your b.p checked , stress can do some awful things to us.. Good Wishes,, Nurse Gladys Emanuel (open all hours)
