Fybromyalgia after years of severe back pain ..now worsening

I haven't been diagnosed yet but have all the signs on top of l4 /l5/S1 herniated discs and trapped nerve spinal stenosis and ddd..just had injections 4 weeks ago to help pain ...yeah right it's made it even worse ,so now being referred to rheumatologist for Fybro check ..the electric shock like pain zapping in my head and body and all the pressure points feels awful can't remember tiny things either unless I write it down ..been give zomorgh now added to everything else I take ..so hopefully somebody is going to give me some answers soon being optimistic ..but up to press it's like trial error after numerous MRI tests x rays got some sleep last night whoop ..after the Amytriptaline only just filled in my PIP with welfare rights so added info now sent ..anyone taken zomorgh daren't take it until tonight as X spec to drive till I know how it affects me x

Had another pelvis x ray on my hips last Friday too ...my hips are burning and the nerve is like a needle intermittently stabbing me oh the joys x
