Morning broadband, I had lidocaine injection in both side's of my shoulders two weeks ago first two or three days alittle sore and thought what a waste of time but I am in less pain and quite more mobile but they say it's temporary that's OK by me any relief is good! 😄

My Rhematologist has put me on Lidocaine pads...self adhesive. I use it over my shoulder. Noticed a difference in the movement and pain. So thumbs up. But with us Fibronauts the medications soon wear off...But I am hopeful. All the best xx
